Cocktailmatch.com

In the world of blogging, I have discovered through a colleague cocktailmatch.com.  This is a very interesting social networking site that is based in Seattle.  Since the Hunt Club is known for its classic cocktails (as well as the hottest young chef in Seattle), I have become very interested in the world’s perception of the Hunt Club Bar.

To me it is one of the great afterwork cocktail lounges in the city.  The best part is that it is affordable, relaxing, and authentic.  I encourage you Capitol Hill/1st Hill residents to come by and revisit the best cocktail in town.

The Club

Thursday, August 28th, 2008

If you haven’t visited the Club…The Hunt Club lately, then you haven’t ever visited the Club.  We are excited about our new menus that focus on sustainability, affordabililty, and likeability.  Chef Jason Dallas has completely realigned his menu to allow you the opportunity to sample more of your favorites.

“We have created small portion tasting plates to complement our large plate entrees.  Our new 3 oz. Pasta Specialties featured house-made pasta and sauces that bring you closer to Sorrento, Italy than ever before, states Chef Dallas.”

Jason’s commitment to using fresh, clean, sustainable products from the Pacific Northwest allow him the flexibility to have new items on his menu daily.

If you haven’t been to “The Club” for a while, get in here.  The Hunt Club is not for special occasions.  It is for a dining experience like none other.

We Crave Feedback!

Thursday, August 28th, 2008

To our guests:

I really crave feedback.  I want to create an authentic outlet where our guests can share their experiences at The Sorrento Hotel and The Hunt Club Restaurant.  I want the good, the bad, and the ugly.  I am so confident in our commitment to eliminating guest sacrifice and creating an awesome experience for you that I will post your comments.

I won’t post anything that is libelous, foul, or harmful to an individual colleague of the hotel.  If you have personal remarks to make in that arena, please call me directly at the hotel for a discussion.

Otherwise, share…share…share.  I want the world to understand what a fantastic experience the Sorrento Hotel represents in the city of Seattle.  We are committed to creating unique experiences focused on mass customization.   No two people are the same.  Therefore, no two experiences are the same.

At the Sorrento Hotel, we are focused on bulding an experience that results in a religious awakening of the senses in an urban setting.  Our goal is to destroy limitations that cause customer sacrifice by allowing our guests to design and determine their own personal experience.

It takes 24 hours for me to review the posts prior to putting them on the site.  I will not edit or change the post.  If you post is not selected, please contact me directly for an explanation.  I look forward to hearing from you regarding your experiences at the Sorrento Hotel and The Hunt Club Restaurant - an oasis amidst the chaos.
